for Indicator 3D:
Gap in Proficiency for Children with IEPs and All Students on Statewide Assessments
This special report examines each state’s annual targets for Indicator 3D for FFY 2020-2025 which measures the gap in proficiency rates for children with IEPs and all students
against grade level academic achievement standards on state assessments in reading and math in
grades 4, 8 and high school.
The report finds the rate of gap closing varies dramatically across states.
